Are you insured?


Yes, we are insured. While our team members are trained on proper cleaning procedures and pride themselves in being careful when cleaning in your home, If anything were to get broken as a result of something one of our team members did while cleaning- we would do the right thing and notify you immediately. We train all staff members that the best policy in the case of an incident is to own upto and report the incident immediately to the homeowner, meaning we will either repair or replace it.




Who provides the cleaning chemicals and equipment?


We bring everything we need to professionally clean your home, including supplies, chemicals and equipment. In some case, at the customer's request we may use cleaning chemicals provided by customer or use the customer's vacuum to clean.




Do you use "green cleaning products"?


Green cleaning is a broad and often misunderstood term used today to include any number of products and cleaning methods used by cleaning companies with the goal of reducing the impact on our environment while supporting ecologically safe and healthy homes. While we are committed to a safe and healthy home while making a positive impact on our environment. We use products that we know will provide the best cleaning and sanitization of your home. We use micro fiber cloths to help reduce recycle paper waste, and we use biodegradable chemicals. All our chemicals are very mild and your home will never smell like harsh cleaning chemicals.




When is payment due? How should I pay?


Payment is due at time of service, you may leave a check or cash payment on the date of your schedule service. We can provide a receipt upon request. Payment receipts will be emailed to you.




What if I need to reschedule my regular cleaning?


We understand live happens, we are flexible with rescheduling your next cleaning. We ask that you let us know at least 72 hours in advance prior to your schedule cleaning.




What if I can't be home when you arrive to clean?


No problem, this is very common. That's is why many of clients decide to provide us with a code to enter the house or provide keys for access. All keys and codes are securely stored and only used by Jose and Delmy, owners of Delmy's Home services.




Who will you send to clean my home?


Glad you asked. Your house Cleaning is supervised and performed by either or both owners. Jose and Delmy are owner operators and they are always present at each cleaning job.

We stand by our cleaning services. After we clean, if you notice a mistake, or simply you believe the cleaning does not meet the standards for the exceptional quality we promised, just let us know with in 24 hours of the schedule cleaning- we will come out and address the issues.




Is there anything I should do before you arrive to clean?


We are glad you ask, that is so nice of you. The more you declutter your counters, put away any clothes, children's toys or other items before we arrive. The better we will be able to clean your home. The deeper the clean will be.




What do I do with my pets on the cleaning day?


We love pets and respect your pets feeling. We would appreciate it if pets are secure before our arrival on your cleaning day. We do not take responsibility for pets.
